Refund Policy
At PromediExcel Learning (PEL), we aim to deliver a high-quality and valuable learning experience to every user. However, we understand that there may be occasions when you wish to discontinue our service. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued, as well as the procedures for requesting them.
Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances and can change according to PEL policy. Refer to the website for updates.
- Course Cancellation by PEL: If the course is canceled or removed from the platform after enrollment.
- Technical Issues: If technical errors from PEL’s side prevent access to the course and our Support Team cannot resolve them within 7 working days.
- Cancellation Request Within the Refund Window:
- Within 48 hours (2 days) of activation → 90% refund
- Beyond 48 hours but within 10 days of activation → 80% refund
- After 10 days of activation → No refund
- Document Verification Failure: If course activation is denied due to invalid or unverified documents, a refund will be issued according to the above percentages.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided under these conditions:
- If more than 10% of the course content has been accessed or downloaded.
- If the course has already been completed or substantially used.
- If the refund request is submitted after the permissible window.
- If downloadable materials such as PDFs, e-books, or toolkits have been accessed.
- If the inability to complete the course is due to personal reasons unrelated to our platform (e.g., time constraints, loss of interest, etc.).
- In cases where users violate our Terms of Use or engage in unprofessional behavior on the platform.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email [info@promediexcel.com] with the subject line “Refund Request.” Be sure to include:
- Registration Number
- Full Name and Registered Email ID
- Name of the Course or Program
- Date of Registration/Activation
- Reason for Refund Request
- Proof of issue (if applicable)
Refund Review and Processing
- PEL Support Team will acknowledge your request within 2 business days.
- Your refund request will be reviewed within 5–7 business days.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days of request approval through the original payment method.
- PEL reserves the right to reject refund requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria or appear to be made in bad faith.
