Please take a moment to read them carefully before proceeding with the payment. These terms govern your participation in programs offered by PromediExcel Learning Private Limited (PEL).
- Course activation is subject to fulfillment of the minimum eligibility criteria, along with submission of a duly filled application form, relevant educational documents, and the initial fee payment.
- Your participation is subject to meeting the minimum eligibility criteria as determined by PEL's internal expert screening process.
- PEL reserves the right to disqualify any participant for misconduct, providing false information, or submitting improper documents. No refunds will be issued in case of disqualification.
- PromediExcel reserves the right to revise the course content or curriculum at any time without prior notice.
- To earn the final Course Completion Certificate, participants must:
- Successfully passed all internal and final assessments.
- Complete the contact program at our partner hospitals/healthcare centres.
- Submit all required project work and/or case study presentations.
- Re-examination fees apply in case of failure to clear any exam.
- Accounts will be suspended if inactive for 30 days post-activation or if there are pending dues. Reactivation may incur additional fees.
- Completion and certification are not guaranteed once the access period has expired. Students are responsible for completing the course within the allotted time.
- Reactivation or course extension will incur a charge equivalent to 10% of the course fee, valid for three months.
- Access credentials and support are provided and managed by us. Students are prohibited from modifying, distributing, or transmitting course content or copyrighted materials, or allowing others to do so.
- Course activation is contingent upon verification of submitted documents, the application form, and payment confirmation.
- While we strive for uninterrupted service, access may occasionally be disrupted due to unavoidable issues like power failures, server downtime, maintenance, or technical errors.
- If any such disruption originates from our end, a complimentary course extension will be granted, proportionate to the duration of the interruption.
- Participation in contact programs is allowed only after full payment of course fees.
- Students may request a cancellation within seven (10) calendar days of purchase, provided that no course material has been accessed, downloaded, or streamed. Cancellation requests must be submitted via email.

- All eligible refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the request.
